An award for your hard work.

The SPUR Impact Awards acknowledge outstanding impact by public sector employees in city and county government in the Bay Area who are making a difference within government and the community at large in the areas of housing, transportation, placemaking and urban design, and sustainability and resilience.

We were given a great challenge to design a striking award, a design that can be produced annually and produced in larger quantities. Building on SPUR’s logotype that would capture the spirit of the event and look amazing in the recipient’s office desk or shelf.

We developed a 3-D typographic stack that sits on top of solid walnut base that can be mass produced. When new winners names are announced, we can quickly finalize the text on the front of each award.
